Cultivation advice Flower Sprouts Kale / Brussel Sprout Cross
Ideally sown from April to early June thinly in a well prepared seed bed, 5-10 mm deep in drills 20-30 cm apart.
Can be sown earlier undercover with warmth in trays.
Transplant when large enough to handle planting around 50 cm between plants.
The ground needs to be firmed and ideally rich and well- draining.
Provide protection against pigeons whilst young and over-winter.
