Super Seeds Brachycome iberidifolia Swan River Daisy Mix Beautiful Flower 5000 Pcs
Brachycome (Brachycome Iberidifolia Mix) - Sow Brachycome flower seeds to produce this lovely, versatile plant for the garden. Sometimes called Swan River Daisy, Brachycome Iberidifolia is a fast growing flower that will add dimension to your early spring garden. Globe-shaped plants produce numerous daisy-like flowers in a mix of colors including: blue, pink, and white. The flowers form on top of attractive fern-like foliage creating a cloud of soft color. Brachycome plants look especially lovely spilling over the sides of containers or over the ledge of a rock wall. In the flower border, Brachycome Swan River Daisy is a good choice for filling in around tall, leggy plants and carpeting bare spots.
In early spring 6 - 8 weeks before the end of frost season, sow Brachycome flower seeds on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Keep flower seed moist until germination. Transplant seedlings after danger of frost has passed. Swan River Daisy seeds can also be started directly outdoors once danger of frost has passed. Trimming the Brachycome plant after a full flush of blooms helps ensure continuous blooming.
If starting indoors for a jump on the growing season, sow these seeds in early spring on the surface of lightly-firmed and moist seed compost: use small pots or trays. Seedlings can be transplanted outdoors after all frost danger has passed. These seeds can also be planted directly outdoors. Sow into a prepared seedbed after temperatures have warmed, and grow in an area of full sun to partial shade. Keep seeds moist until germination. Under proper conditions, germination will occur in 10-21 days.
